1) Start your morning off with 500-750ml warm water with 2 tbsp fresh lemon on an empty stomach.

2) Choose 1 body care product (e.g. deodorant, or body cream, or shampoo/conditioner), 1 makeup product (e.g. mascara or lipstick or foundation) & 1 cleaning product (e.g tile cleaner, or shower cleaner, or kitchen cleaner ) & replace them with an organic, eco-friendly & natural alternative
3) Get a filter for your water, even if it’s one of those jug filters, it will make a difference
