Purchases, returns & shipping
- Payment is strictly on order. Delivery costs will be calculated and added to orders;
- Prices are inclusive of VAT;
- Delivery will take place when payment is received in full and reflects in our account or we have received your proof of payment via email on accounts@synerchiorganics.com
- SynerChi Organics (SCO) will not refund or replace the purchase if the quality is not up to standard or is defective in any manner;
- SCO reserves the right to test the goods and will not refund or replace or accept liability for goods that have not been properly stored as set out on the label;
- SCO will take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are always correct. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock | The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion;
- National deliveries require 3 to 5 working days, however are generally quicker. Allow 10 days for international deliveries and be advised that this carries an additional charge;
- If your order is complete and you notice that the address details that you have entered are incorrect, please contact us immediately on 083 258 9660 orders@synerchiorganics.com
- SCO accept payments via PayFast and EFT (electronic funds transfer);
- SCO reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and any other extenuating circumstances. Pricing for all products is subject to change at any time.
- Due to the quality and nature of our products, a slight variation in the content may occur between different batches of products. Our products are packaged with love under strict hygiene and environmentally friendly conditions;
- We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made from SCO. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include delivery costs. All products are returnable, excluding Special orders | Bespoke products | Limited edition products | All products bought on sale;
- Products returned must be sealed and undamaged and must be returned in their original untampered packaging. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (7 days after issuance of receipt of your parcel) or, if applicable, the expiration date of the product itself. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected;
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at the customers’ cost, upon SCOs’ sole and exclusive discretion, exercised reasonably;
