 basil Pesto dressing Ingredients 

(PLEASE NOTE: all ingredients are optional EXCEPT the hemp seeds & aquafaba aka chickpea water).

➡️ 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts (hemp seeds)

➡️ 1/2 cup fresh water

➡️ 1/2 cup aquafaba

➡️ 2 cup fresh basil leaves (don’t have basil….parsley & chives makes a great alternative)

➡️ 1 large clove of fresh garlic

➡️ 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

➡️ 1/4 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp black pepper for seasoning

WHAT IS AQUAFABA???

Aquafaba is the water that is normally drained off from a can of chickpeas, don’t throw it away if you want to create oil-free salad dressings!

 Method

➡️ Soak the Hemp Hearts (hemp seeds) in 1/2 cup fresh water for 3min

➡️ Place the soaked hemp seeds, along with the fresh basil, garlic, apple cider vinegar & seasoning in a blender & blend.

➡️ Add the aquafaba slowly while it is blending so that it becomes thick & creamy.

➡️ Taste test if it needs more seasoning, and you are done!

➡️ Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 6 days

 Honey Mustard dressing Ingredients 

(PLEASE NOTE: all ingredients are optional EXCEPT the hemp seeds & aquafaba aka chickpea water).

➡️ 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts (hemp seeds)

➡️ 1/2 cup fresh water

➡️ 1/2 cup aquafaba

➡️ 1 tsp mustard powder (you can add more or less, depends on you)

➡️ 1 tsp raw honey (you can add more or less, depends on you)

➡️ 1 clove of fresh garlic

➡️ 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

➡️ 1/3 tsp Salt

WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THE CHICKPEAS AFTER YOU DRAIN THEM???

Here is a DIVINE recipe to use all those chickpeas in!

 Method

➡️ Soak the Hemp Hearts (hemp seeds) in 1/2 cup fresh water for 30min

➡️ Place the soaked hemp seeds, along with the mustard powder, raw honey, garlic, apple cyder vinegar, baobab powder & salt in a blender & blend.

➡️ Add the Aquafaba slowly while it is blending so that it becomes thick & creamy.

➡️ Taste test if it needs more seasoning, and you are done!

➡️ Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 6 days

Creamy Ranch dressing Ingredients 

(PLEASE NOTE: all ingredients are optional EXCEPT the hemp seeds & aquafaba aka chickpea water).

➡️ 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts (hemp seeds)

➡️ 1/2 cup fresh water

➡️ 1/2 cup Aquafaba

➡️ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

➡️ 1 tbsp dried dill (or 2 tbsp fresh dill)

➡️ 1/2 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh time)

➡️ 1 clove of fresh garlic

➡️ 3 Tbsp apple cyder vinegar

➡️ 1/3 tsp Salt & 1/3 tsp black pepper

 Method
