“Live it, don’t just think or say it” Action and accountability, mixed with research in one’s personal progress in order to gain momentum, clarity through cleansing of the temple and an inner-standing of one’s own physical needs can greatly align with what you would call an individual’s “destiny”.
Most of us are in a position where we can change the way we consume nutrients, free the way our minds are exposed to knowledge, harvest self intention and are capable of gaining the will to build up homeostasis and balance within the body, our one and only true temple. With that being said that leaves us with the responsibility of being informed about how our mind, body and soul interact with this physical realm and the gifts she blesses us with.
Manipulating what we eat in order to generate dis-ease is one thing but our consent to the seeming “destruction” of our temples lies solely on how you choose to live your life day by day. Flooding the body with acidic consumables is an inevitable disconnection with one’s higher self. In and amongst other things, this is the very reason to be aware of what’s entering your temple.
Sun-charged distilled water, consuming cannabis sativa L. (Hemp and Cannabis) and other super foods, sun gazing for sunrise or sunset to decalcify the pineal gland, having a variety of different fruits to further alkalise the body, fasting, deactivate wifi when sleeping and leave your mobile out of your room, yoga with intention to balance the hemispheres of the body, and most certainly deep meditation in a dark quiet space can bring about a massive impact in starting the process of changing the way you appreciate your health and wellness. Amongst this, the tip of the iceberg is still in sight, the feeling has to stay consistent as this is seen to be “below the surface”.
Kiara and I have a curious habit of picking up reliable, researched, resourceful “truth knowledge” and have incorporated, numerous in the expansive potential of mother nature, into our lives for a period of time, ascertained our bodies reactions to its exposure and weather on how we should continue to utilize those means into our wellness. It’s important to inner-stand that each of us react in such a way that is unique to the individual and for this very reason no one else will heal you but yourself. We are claiming back our sovereignty and our given right to inner-stand exactly what our bodies process down to the last molecule can potentially provide for a more balanced, healthful, purpose driven lifestyle for the benefit of all.
Growing foods for exchange purposes can greatly benefit society as long as it is kept under the integrity of its carer as this is the fundamental relationship we have with Mother Nature and when we all realise doing it together will only ease the already burdening constraints life throws into the spiral mix.
All we can say is that we are excited and grateful to have you be a part of the journey 🙂
