Ooooo, I just love my breakfast bowls. Creating them are just as fun as eating them…. Food is not just about taste, the process of preparing and creating your meal is very important. The time, Care, love and energy you put into preparing your food will be transferred to your body when you eat it.
Everything nowadays has to be instant, fast and yet still expected to be effective. The reality is, to achieve effective results from your food, some amount of time needs to be invested in order to get maximum benefits.
I have had soooooo many clients want the amazing results but we’re never prepared to invest the time (and many times money as well).
When it comes to health, there is no value you can place on it because without it, NOTHING is possible!
This doesn’t mean you have to stand for hours in the kitchen cooking…..that will also be detrimental to your health because over cooking your food can kill all the nutrition you need to achieve the results you want.
All that is required is that you invest a little bit of time every week to buy fresh produce and then spend about 75min a day to make your meals. An hour or so is nothing seen that the average person spends up to 2 hours on social media every day!!!!! Use your time effectively on social media, like researching fresh recipe ideas which are all here on my blog ????
Today’s BODY Re-shaping Breakfast Bowl takes literally 5 min to prepare.
Take a 1/3 cup raw oats and 1Tbsp chia seeds and soak in 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/2 cup water over nightThe next morning, place in a bowl and sprinkle 1tsp raw Cocoa nibs & 2 scoops SynerChi Organics Hemp hearts (after poring a few tsp in my mouth 1st, they are so good) finish off with fresh pineapple ???? on the side because ???? and ???? are awesome together.
